Our aim is to maximise the profitability of your property through short-term rentals, and our multidisciplinary team is able to provide assistance at all stages of the business.

The experience acquired over more than 20 years in the sector has culminated in the creation of a stress-free solution for our owners where we manage and provide all the services involved in short-term letting.

We would like to emphasise that Check-in Portugal is a local company with its own infrastructure in Albufeira, so that it can respond immediately and effectively to requests for the management of local accommodation properties.

We don’t outsource, we have fixed teams with a low turnover rate, preserving the company’s image and intellectual capital.   • Supply of towels (bath towels, face towels, beach towels)

After analysing your property, we can offer you the following options:

DYNAMIC PROFILE

“Those who don’t take risks lose the chance to be surprised.”
The amount you will receive will be 70 per cent of the value of each booking after deduction of the OTA commissions.

Check-in Portugal’s commission is 30%.

Mixed

MODERATE PROFILE

“Everything should be in moderation, not too little, not too much. Life is about balance”

We offer a guarantee amount paid monthly and a variable amount corresponding to 65 per cent of the value of each booking after deducting the OTA commissions.

Check-in Portugal’s commission is 35%.

Warranty

CONSERVATIVE PROFILE

‘Better a bird in the hand than two in the bush’

We guarantee you a fixed amount per contract.

Payments are made monthly throughout the contract period.

Note: OTA commissions are added to the booking price and are borne by the guest.

The percentages may vary depending on the property.
